As independent consultants we provide objective, expert advice on the best options available from FF&E providers. We work closely with wider project teams, including project managers, architects and contractors,  involving you in the process to make sure your precise needs are understood and built into the final specification.

Our role begins with engagement with the project team to understand the goals of the project, as well as the wider stakeholder group to understand, challenge and validate the FF&E requirements.  We then support the design process to ensure that the FF&E solution is fully compliant and aligns with the design vision.  Finally, we manage the specification and procurement of the FF&E packages, protecting both budget and quality.
